Canonical Text notice

The Sword & Shield Acts are a unified constitutional framework authored by Morgan Collier and published by Accountability Matters PMA.

 

This document constitutes the Canonical Text of the Sword & Shield Acts, Version 1.0 (January 2026).

 

All summaries, educational materials, resolutions, scenarios, commentaries, or derivative references to The Sword & Shield Acts are derived from, and subordinate to, this Canonical Text.

 

The Acts are intentionally structured as an integrated system. They are not modular, and their provisions are not severable for purposes of interpretation, advocacy, or proposed enactment except as expressly stated within the text itself.

 

Any use, adoption, endorsement, or reference to The Sword & Shield Acts must:

 

1. Identify the Acts by their full name,

2. Attribute authorship to Morgan Collier, and

3. Reference the Canonical Text and version number.

 

 

Paraphrasing, redrafting, selective excerpting, or recharacterization of the Acts as “inspired by,” “based on,” or “modeled after” this framework does not constitute adoption of The Sword & Shield Acts and shall not be represented as such.
